Yes, that is one of the scriptcase application templates. There is the new responsive menu and the old menu aplication template (which is normaly disabled but can be enabled under stettings),
The responsive menu application template is fully configurable with horizontal / vertical / headers / user menu and various themes. It fully integrates with notifications and is completely responsive.
It is also possible to do menu within another menu, althou not a standard, Scriptcase makes it easy to build and fine tune as you need.
Overall the menu application template is easy to configure and there are some good examples and guides on getting it going if you get stuck.
You can also use inline CSS and JS to customize the responsive menu.

Utilizas Flaticon para los iconos?
Los iconos se ocultan/muestran de acuerdo a la Seguridad?

Para el menú que tiene scriptcase por defecto, sobre escribo el css para usar icono svg.

El menu de icono, efectivamente es un blank insertado en la aplicacion menu de scriptcase, los iconos de la barra superior, para mostra/ocultar menu izquierdo, el home, y maximizar, son flaticon, que vienen con scriptcase,
Básicamente mucha sobreescritura de css y mucho
document.getElementById(‘xxxxx’).innerHTML = “”
También el encabezado de las apps, se va para la barra superior, parte izquierda.
El usuario puede escoger el tema de iconos, color, lineal, duotono
Mucho codigo por IA, no tengo experiencia en css, pero si algo de js.
El menu se comporta con los permisos del modulo de seguridad de scriptcase. Para mostrar u ocultar
Cada usuario puede personalizar su interfaz
