I am not sure if i am the only one with the problem and propably it is a Kaspersky type issue.
With the new year i have updated my Kaspersky Internet Security to the Version 2015. Since this date
Scriptcase is acting weired. It is reachable then become slow until it is not reachable. If i turn off Kaspersky
it runs smoothly all of sudden. I use the recommen Setting in Kaspersky. But i figured recommen setting not
alway best choice so i chance permission for Apache and port 88. But no change. I am not sure if it is a bug
of Kaspersky because it also had an issue with firefox browsers. Or if i left any other permission? So i was
wondering if anyone else has similar problems? or if it propably the browser extensions of kaspersky (like banner blocker)
which is causing the problem?
Kapersky has exclusion rules, can you exclude the scriptcase directory and its subdirectories? It may help.

Then just allow your scriptcase environment http path to be unrestricted. Just add your development server address to the exclusion list.
