When recording data. Read on to see the SQL Server or Access database, it appears that the text unreadable.
Environment.
Windows 7.
Connect: MS SQL Server 2008 R2 or MS Access.
Collation: thai_CI_AS.
How to write Code to convert them into a readable text characters.
Readable text characters? Perhaps I’m missing the point, but AFAIK the Thai characterset is completely different then the ANSI characterset which is used here. So if you store your data in the Thai characterset you cannot simply translate them into other characters. But I think that you are not retrieving the data the way you have put it in. Few questions. Is the data stored correctly in the database? The charactersets on the php, database connector and database must be in match. I think that something is going wrong there.
