so basically there is no support
This is pretty bad because if the problem is related to some bug in a software it has to be addressed somehow. The way the support is setup at this moment doesn’t allow this.
From my experience observing the forum I see NetMake really doesn’t monitor the SB BUG section on the forum. Many bugs reported on that forum long time ago are still not fixed, and I see no participation from NetMake in a bug reports forum. You sould use an SC to create a simple BugReport application available to everybody who has a license, regardless of the fact if they are elligeble for free support or not. Otherwise if would be like NetMake says: Hey, buy our software, but when your support expires we are not responsible for the bug fixing. It alsways agrevates me when the software developers put more attention to add new features while old bugs still exist!
