I would like to know, can I let user to download the generated QR Code as PDF?
If can, how to do it?
Also, can I customize the output layout of the QR Code? such as, add additional text below or above the QR Code.

It’s a part I don’t have much experiences in. But you can create a form and export that form as pdf. So if you format your form the right way you can create is as you want it (well within some restrictions). I don’t have experiences creating pdf reports with qr and other barcodes. But in general I think it should be possible as it uses the same field definitions as forms. But you have to play around a little.
