License problem .. ((((((( PLEASE HELP ))))))))

Hi,
After I faced a disaster with my HDD I requested a new serial number for my SC and the current serial has been canceled, I noticed that the new serial will be sent to my email and unfortunately I failed to access my old email account, I went to my account in SC website to change the email and I can see that it is not possible!
I said to my self: OK I can open a ticket but sadly there is no option to open a ticket!!
I really in a very bad situation I have to deliver a project but I can’t do anything without activating my new installation of SC and import the backup.
