Is the hosting solution with a version of scriptcase or only a linux-server, where I can install scriptcase?

If you mean licensing of the deployed application, there are no dependencies. You just have to upload your application, create the connection (comes up at the first run) and that’s it.

No, I ment the development platform. I want to use the development platform on an online-solution.

No, the service for development includes a domain/server managed by SCH (your are not root) and the software. They install and support any service and software intalled in the server. The SC license is not included, you can buy it and setup then.
