LIMITED LICENSE issue

I am trying to create new application but getting this error.

You exceeded the number of applications allowed for your license !
To create a new application, go to the main menu and delete some application!

did you purchase the license… or using the demo version…

This issue can occur when you have quit SC in a not proper way. Then the session can hang and you cannot login. Useually SC requests to logout the other user, but appearantly you have different users defined? The number of concurrent users is part of the licence. Sometimes it is necessary to delete the session manually.
