'Link' button error in Form app

I have two form apps and i want to create a ‘link’ button in first app and travel to second app and keep getting error (as attached)

i am not sure where goes wrong and i realized ‘View SQL’ doesn’t show anything when i try click on it.
Hope to get some input from gurus

You Might verify all events involved applications …
You can change the applications to DEBUG mode and see that this is also happening.

1 - Open the form for editing in Scriptcase.
2 - Open the option “application”.
3 - Open the option “settings”, below you will find the option Debug Mode
