:-( Linux- GUI INstaller hangs at 22%, command line at 100

Hi
I’m trying to install sc9.0.017 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. The graphical install hangs at 22% with 100% of CPU resources being chewed up and spat out. I’ve let it run for about an hour but that seems unreasonable…

I tried a command line install. It also hangs, but at 100% indicated, with 100% CPU resources being locked in.

Any ideas?

Nevermind, I worked it out.

If you come up against the same problem,

sudo su

and install to /var/www/html not /opt
