There is a way to acquire or update/insert all the labels used in the various application with the variable {lang_xxx} in order that it go to translate?
I mean :
in form and grid via the data dictionary can update all labels relating to fields of the tables to which the form and the grid reference.
The control is not associated with tables.
In order to populate the fields in control and not doing it by hand one by one?
In a slightly a little complex system there may be dozens of control with different fields.
Or focus on language variables or on the procedure! 
For each field should mark on the variables paper (or copy and paste directly into locales-> language makes no difference!) And then go to insert in locales-> language.
therefore:
small app with 10 control media with 10 fields each = 100 fields
messages in form, grid, blank, control … another 30 fields
5 manual select, some checkboxes, radio buttons … other 40 fields
170 Sometimes I take notes on paper and 170 times I’m going to rewrite them in locales->language … and then translation
or
Copy 170 times, 170 times paste in locales->language … and then translation

what is your solution?

there is a possibility to acquire all the language and popular variables the index of language ready so to be translated?
