Log module will generate insert error when deleting a record in a form.
it will show SQL insert statement, which i execute in the database with no issues.
it seems to give error in all forms i tested so far.
(i log all fields on delete).
Switching from all fields to key only, fixes the problem, however in this case inserts will not be logged (with no visible errors )
