I need to implement the login via phpCAS:

This is needed to use SecurePass (http://www.secure-pass.net)
From php, it’s as simple as few lines of code, but I’ve no idea with ScritpCase.
More, it should take all the rest, aside the login, from the database.
Any idea?

As long it’s php you can embed the neccessary code by including the lib and using it. I would start with a control app, add the fields for login and then call your libs.
