Looking for an instructor to work with Scriptcase.

I want tutoring via Skype and Teamviewer on my computer.
My time for learning is the time between 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. GMT + 1 now - and GMT + 2 after 03/27/2017. And occasionally weekends by appointment.

My first lesson would be making pdf report in two versions.
The first such report PDF creation app using coding (tcpdf ??) from form.
And another using blank_aplication (tcpdf or php ??) from form.

If anyone has enough nerve to assist and reasonable price per hour please send me an offer through private messages.

Or maybe someone can provide an example pdf report made of form.
Just for example - something simple.
So much to learn how to get started.

Or can someone makes a report for the payment?
