The NDA requirement also makes sense if you already have specific ideas, but I’d suggest discussing the general project scope, expected contribution, ownership/equity, decision-making, and how expenses or future revenue will be handled before anyone commits.
The citizenship/residency requirement may also significantly narrow your pool, so it would be helpful to explain why that requirement is necessary.
Overall, the concept sounds interesting, but I’d want to see more details about the projects, the partner’s role, and what you’re bringing to the table before considering it seriously.
