Lost Production Password and typical production files

Hi -
I forgot what my Production Password was, and have to go in and manage my connections.
Please how do I recover this so I can get in?

And what files should I make certain are in the _lib folder, and this is causing issues?

just remove _lib and re-upload. then you will be able to set a new fresh password.
