Macro Help sucks and needs to be updated

Please fix macro help. It is the most important part of the documentation and it is full of inconsistencies. The language is garbage.
I tried to read several macro descriptions and after several tries still cannot understand !

Macro help simply sucks and really needs to be updated. I keep asking this over and over and over and it keeps being ignorred.

here is an example, which makes no sense, whoever did that should have been fired from work long time ago
