Mater/Detail delete does not work after insert

After inserting a record into a detail from, the records cannot be deleted. Error message - Record cannot be found.
However after browsing to another master record and going back, the detailed record can be deleted.

Hi , If you insert a new record into a detail form and try to delete the new detail record directly after the insert it will get error message.
