my whole company is based on SC. I have software with more than 500 Grid/Forms on production server. The quality of updates seems to be low, when I read all the problems after update. Why Netmake doesn’t public a list with known bugs and the time of solution ? I’m afraid to have a lot of problems with my customers after an update. So I don’t update at all before some months after, when the greatest bugs are solved.
If I tested MY software so bad , I might lose customers …

I know. That’s why I have quit my own license. Almost costed my company. For pure administrative apps, as for the university I work for, is fine. Personally I use something different.
Agreed. I would prefer fewer features if it would result in a better performing, less buggy environment. Or a second update path for developers who can’t risk a catastrophic update.
Why we get no response from SC … the support is reading our posts too …
Same old story since I started with SC version 5.6 or so. I doubt if it will ever change.
