I have an application on a local server that works fine but on a public server I get an error.

It is well connected with the database, some applications work well but the forms and grids are not working.
The permissions for files are 644 to 755 and directories for all _lib directory 777.
On the server you have installed PHP 4.3.9, Zend: 2.5.10, Zend Optimizer Not Installed.
Minimum requirements that need SC server to function properly.
