@Jena_Matusen How did you get this result? Is this a converted application? Does it happens with a new app?
Most of the issues you post here are related to somehow corrupted applications. It is hard to identify and fix the issue if we donāt know how the corruption happened. It would be more useful to have the exported application to inspect than the video you posted.
Anyway, the support team is trained to help you to identify the issues with broken applications such as this one. We are not ignoring your request for help, youāre just using the wrong channel. Please contact support team and provide them with an export of your application.
We have two instances of SC installed on 2 separate computers⦠The same thing happens on both of them. My coworker posted several Emails to Netmake about those issues and no replies so far. Just silence. Some of the projects take as many as 300-400 Apps so the size is 50-150 Mb.
Just to mention how UNPROFESSIONAL NETMAKE SUPPORT IS I give you an example. Some time ago (1 month or so) We reported a bug. Your support sent us an Email WITH NO SIGNATURE, NO NAME asking to Email them the entire project for testing. Obviously we could not even respond to this because sender for this Email was listed as : support.kayako⦠or something like that so all replies go to thin air! THIS IS TERRIBLY FRUSTRATING
Henriqueb - to answer your question - how am I supposed to extract corrupted App is I do not know where to send it ? and in some cases all of them are affected ?
Simple example is Connection String not being updated properly and all Apps are affected.
We have posted several times about MEGA BUG in Scriptcase but you completely ignored it despite I personally posted several examples and steps to reproduce issues. In one of my last posts - YOU just stated is is not your department to deal with bugs and then everything went back to your standard behavior - which is total silence and ignorance.
100% Correct. At this point SC should be crowd-sourced to the development community - they would do a much better (and faster) job - in fixing the persistent SC bugs and unstable behaviour.
Until people stop buying the product from NM (or through any of the VARS out there), very little will be done to fix the product - regardless of
the (wasted) energy involved in attempting to get reasonable and timely responses from NM support.
As things are now, there is no lasting future for this product without immediately addressing major fixes, and keeping the paying customer base updated on
development progress in a consistent manner.

@Jena_Matusen I believe all mail received from a response in kayako comes with a link to review the full thread, regardless of if the message signed or not. If that was not the case, please point that out to āsupport@scriptcase.netā.
We are willing and able to see into your problem and help you to find a solution for it, but we need some more data. The correct way to solving this issue is to contact the support team and provide them with the data theyāll ask for, so they will be able to identify the problem and we developers will be able to provide a solution. In the case all applications are affected, maybe one application would be enough to the support team.
Once again, please use the support team service, complaining about the issues in this forum will not solve anything, I am not able to read and respond to everything posted here, Iām mostly busy with coding.
@klwillis We understand the need to be clear and to provide an easy way for our customers to keep track of our work, and we are working on that. Unfortunately, there is a lot to be done before we can provide such a platform.
We have sent numerous Emails and got only 1 reply asking the send project (which is 50-60Mb) through email.
Yesterday we have sent 2 more Emails, asking for help with SC bugs. All together about 12-16 Emails asking for help + about 12 forum posts. For 2 weeks struggling with deploying projects due to BUGS. WTF you guys doing ? [SIZE=48px]NO RESPONSE AT ALL[/SIZE]
Looks like we have a 2 year old throwing a temper tantrum here. If you (Arthur) would just do what Netmake asks you to do maybe you would find out what your problem is. If you cannot send the project to them in email, put in a password protected folder on the web server and send it to them so they can download. This type of behavior is totally unacceptable.
Netmake please ban this person if they continue this type of behavior it makes this forum very unpleasant for the rest of us to help others or to sort all these total crap posts. This is totally unacceptable behavior.

I have enough frustration with bugs. Iām trying to be polite here and publicly ask you not to reply or posts comments to my messages.

If you are happy with the product, have no issues - STAY AWAY FROM THE FORUM, go to the pub, have fun, perhaps you could find a girlfriend to talk to.
