Move down Field not shown row once time

Can you please clarify what you mean by “Move down Field not shown row once time”?
Thre’s nothing stange in the picture you attached.
Not shown fields have no edit pencil and you have to drag them out of the “FIELDS NOT SHOWN” to have the edit pencil reappear

Thank you for response.
I asked if I have many fields under title “PAGE:FIELDS NOT SHOWN”, Is it possible to pull the title down once time instead of pull up fields one by one

You can move multiple field at once in Fields positioning

You can move complete block in Blocks
