I just bought a multi-rogramers license and i have not been able to login simultanuusly with another programer.
I have a 2 conexions license ans it is installed on a server rented from scriptcase in scriptcase host.
any help ???

I’ve two licenses too and it works fine, with one user or two SC users.
Open a ticket with SC hosting team, they are efficient
Check the license info area en SC in “concurrent connetions” you will see how many do you have

Did you buy it starting with a one-user license? Then you have to re-register to get the additional seats available. We work with a 10 user license without issues (but host it ourselves). But it has nothing to do with the hosting afaik.
