Has anyone noticed that Multi-Upload drag and drop doesn’t work in IE 11 ?
Is there a fix or will this be fixed?

It depends if this is a SC issue or a IE issue. There are loads of issues on IE11. Perhaps you can solve the issue by setting the right compatibility mode in IE11.
