MyScriptcase - clicking ? does not work. What are some of these for?

Under Options, choose MyScriptcase.
Click [SIZE=24px]?[/SIZE]

get message:

“ScriptCase could not find the necessary files to display the help topics.”

I changed Auto Save to Yes.

I don’t know what some of these are for e.g.
[LIST=1]

[I]Display INSERT CODE on events[/I] - what does it do?

[I]Language [/I]- why would I change it here? [/LIST]
