Membership system = Users and roles?
This is a hard question to answer. It depends on the specifications of your application. First you need to make your specs, then make your database data model. Next you can use the database to generate your application. But this sounds to me that you are not a ‘real’ developer? I think you need to start looking at all the novice video’s. For novice it can be hard to start, but this is the way to go.
