Need Help ! Why Test Connection Postgresql DB give error message

Hi Guys,

This works perfect when i install EnterpriseDB-ApachePHP but on WAMP Apache Database give error massage and does not give test connection success !

Can anyone give a reason why this happens? Thank you.

Problem SOLVED !!!

Just enter LoadFile “C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/9.X/bin/libpq.dll” in the http.conf file

And it works!
