Hi,
Im not sure, but sometimes the PHP Version makes troubles. SC has problems with PHP 7.4!

Maybe libraries are not updated. Try to create a fresh installation with all libraries.

if it is not loading at all , there are errors in PHP.
probably your production database is different from dev, or something

Yes, Scriptcase has problems with PHP 7.4!!!

That is because SC is build upon 7.3.
