NetMake / Scriptcase central server errors ? (NOT local problem)

My sc starts uneccaptable slow (v8.1 perp license).
The error message comes up with message that contact to scriptcase timed out:
file_get_contents(http://webservice.scriptcase.com.br/checkData/nm_checkData.php?s=[licensenumberhere]): failed to open stream: **Connection timed out** | Script: /opt/NetMake/v81/wwwroot/scriptcase/devel/tpl/scriptcase/body_intro_news.tpl.php linha: 52

I have no support (using sc since 2014), so I can not contact them to fix it - but my sc starts in 3 minutes… (and every project change/load takes 2-3 minutes…)
Please someone with support availability: I’d like to ask you call them to wake up and fix this problem.

As you have a perpetual license, you should be entitled that SC takes care of the fact that you can use the system. I advise using the chat on their website.

Hi, thanks for the proposal, sc contacted on chat, they fixed their servers 3 hrs ago. Is this license-based query also included in SC9 (in latest versions) ? Interest issuse, and a bit vulnerable: there is a call for a webservice to a server in Brasil, my license number is included in simple open text format, and the traffic goes on unencyrpted way (simple http:// called, in traffic log the text (including the license number) is readable)
