YES, I am ranting, because I am so pissed off, and I hope you send them messages about the problem, and hopefully somebody finally wakes up.
When I create a ticket and misspell some text, or make any kind of mistake in the ticket post I AM NOT ABLE TO CORRECT IT. Not only this. I am not able to delete it as well.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE INTERESTED IN BUYING SOFTWARE WHICH ALLOWS ADDING DATA but does not allow editing or delete (?).
In last 2 weeks, I created 3 tickets with obvious bugs. They closed all these tickets without fixing the problem.
Dealing with tickets through the Email is as bad as the website. All mess, impossible to control (especially if there are more than just a few tickets). They do not post the sender name (so I do not even know who replied). They delete original content, so I do not know what is the ticket about. They sometimes send an Email where there is a black text on a black background! Yes it is the real master of ignorance and carelessness.
This is simply insanely stupid. When I asked to fix this problem, their answer was: “it is impossible”.
