NETMAKE - we need Folder column

Please add a FOLDER column into application list. Some of my projects have 400-500 Apps. I can locate an App in the folder by SEARCH but then when it is listed I still do not know in which folder it is located. Wieh 30 or 50+ folders it is a nightmare to locate App (if for example I do not remember its name). This seems to be so obvious and logical. I know we can looup the folder when the App is open but this require opening App for editing so it is not helpfull at all.

here is the list, so add folders column in the right panel, please !!!

I have the same problem with only 90 apps.

I assume that you mean: In the list of all apps, display the app’s resident folder hierarchy as a column. Is that correct? If not, ignore the rest of my comment.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to provide a Quick Search in the folders pane of Home? The result shows where the matching app(s) are in the folder hierarchy, and make that app open-able from the results.

The results might look like:
/root/section 3/category 7/blue/animals/form_S3C7blueanims and each section is clickable like a breadcrumb.

Grid apps already provide this capability, so it should be possible from the IDE itself. I’d love to see that added!

Displaying the folder in a list of all applications isn’t a big improvement when one is scrolling through 500 apps. If you disagree, carry your own example out to 10,000 apps and you’ll realize your request won’t help anyone find what they’re looking for.

yes, that would do the job as well
I think though that Addin extra column in the App list (with a folder name) is super fast and simple to add to IDE.
