I have a gold license of SC 6, installed on linux.
I need to reinstall SC on windows 2008 server; for this I must request a new serial.
But my doubt is this: 
can I import my project from linux installation to windows without problems ?
Yes sure.
I recommend you to after backing up everything, and restoring on your new installation to verify if the restore was successful and that you aren’t missing anything. Only then I would remove the old installation.
