Where are you looking? These themes are present, but if you look at an existing project you need to go to project properties -> themse and select the themes as available option. I didn’t know these where new as they have been there since the start of version 8, but perhaps something has changed to the themes themselve.

I had to add them on project! aducom, you are the man, damn 
But i guess its missing some images
Solution:
Add to copy the images from another theme
