I’m posting this as a bug, albeit that it is intermittent and can be fixed by starting again:
I create a grid and linked form. The properties say

Display button (new row) on the grid toolbar
Yes
This option, when enabled, includes within Grid toolbar the button add New Record from the Form.

When there are no records and I open the grid (runtime) there is no new button
If I manually add a record to the table using another database client and re-open then the ADD NEW button appears.
If I delete the grid and form application and start again then the ADD NEW button USUALLY but not always appears when no records are available.
Very annoying, very frustrating, especially since I highlighted this behaviour way back in version 5.
