No "Add New" button on Grid > linked form

I’m posting this as a bug, albeit that it is intermittent and can be fixed by starting again:

I create a grid and linked form. The properties say [TABLE=“class: table table-striped”]

[TD=“class: nmLineV3, align: right”]Display button (new row) on the grid toolbar[/TD]

[TD=“colspan: 2, align: left”]This option, when enabled, includes within Grid toolbar the button add New Record from the Form.[/TD]

When there are no records and I open the grid (runtime) there is no new button

If I manually add a record to the table using another database client and re-open then the ADD NEW button appears.

If I delete the grid and form application and start again then the ADD NEW button USUALLY but not always appears when no records are available.

Very annoying, very frustrating, especially since I highlighted this behaviour way back in version 5.

By the gods, Scriptcase Team; I just looked back through some of my threads and saw that way back when I pointed out that this problem seems to be the result of field names that confuse the code generator.

That was nearly 12 months ago. I mentioned the same issue in when SC5 was around.

Now we have the same problem in SC9

Why won’t you fix bugs?

I just have the same issue now. I have reported this at least 3 times on the forum and have sent Emails to Netmake at least 5 times. It keeps happening to many other people as well.
I really do not understand why this is still not fixed. The usuall answer from Netmake is that they cannot reproduce the bug.
We need to cellectively request the fix - it is really pain on the bug how Netmake handles bug fixes. If one looks at FB group it is on the first place for improvements (although I do not see it improved in the last 3 years) at all.

Any ideas how to get the ADD NEW button to the grid ?

Here is something new I discovered accidently today regarding ADD NEW button. I have grid with list of invoices based on customer, so they are filtered using WHERE cause in SQL statement.
when I try to add an Invoice for a customer who has no invoices at all the same thing happens and I get the screen with no ADD button (see below)
