Not able to login after purchase renewal license

Hello guys,

I’m not able to login my scriptcase after purchasing the renewal license, after enter the credential its asking me “Disconnect this user” as usual I click on the “Disconnect this user” link but instead to login it goes back to login screen without any other message, is there any solutions for this or its the system bug from NetMake, I even clear all the cache and tried to login from different browser, its still not login, even I run the CCleaner, but same NO LOGIN.

Any solutions will be helpful and highly thankful to you guys.

Have you tried updating the serial number

yes, I followed the email and update the same serial it was working fine, but after restart computer its asking the login and not working.

buen dia ameranis, tenes que hacer lo siguiente a la siguiente carpeta dentro de netmake\wwwroot\scriptcase\devel\conf\scriptcase
ha encontraras la base nm_scriptcase.db la abres y eliminas el registro de la tabla sc_tbati con esto te queda solucionado
