Notify discarded Changes (9.5) does not work if application is opened as a tab within the calling application

Hi.
The new “Notify discarded Changes” does not work if the application is launched as a tab within another application.
See printscreen below.

1. I modified the “Name” by adding “xxxx”
2. I close the tab
   ==> no notification
   
   
   
   That would be great if you guys, Scriptcase developers, could fix that.
