Hi Team,
I am unable to update from 7.0 to 7.1. Get the following err:
“The requested service is inaccessible. It might be temporarily down. Verify your Internet connection.”
Trying this since morning and the same error. Any idea what this implies?
Also, one more question regarding Options > Settings > System Settings – what’s the difference between ‘Proxy Server’ and ‘Proxy Gateway’ ??

It appears that you web server is unable to connect to our update server. You can also manually update your ScriptCase:
1 - Download SC 7.1 ZIP
2 - Backup your SC (admnistration --> backup: http://downloads.scriptcase.com.br/d.../02-Backup.htm)
3 - Extract SC 7.1 ZIP and copy the files to your current SC 7 installation (replacing the “old” files).
DO NOT DELETE ANY FILE DURING THIS PROCEDURE.
