… if it doesn’t place ADD NEW, SAVE, AND DELETE buttons on data grids and forms?
Just asking before I throw this bug ridden beast on the scrap heap.
PS: If you sense I am angry, I am! In a 45 application project EVERY GRID, EVERY FORM is now missing database ADD, SAVE and DELETE buttons.
Don’t know if it is of some help, but check your security setting. I had this once because I screwed up my security and needed to restore this.
check the security settings.

I’ve gone back to 8.1 to try and preserve my sanity and blood pressure.
Thank God I have remained on 8.1!!! Sorry GuiGuy.
FYI -
I removed (deleted) all traces of the project from the PC, i.e. the working directories and files. I then restored from a project backup and re-generated all code. Now it works.
I have long held a suspicion that the code generator does not re-generate code or at least does not replace erroneous code. By “erroneous” i mean code the generator has screwed up; I am aware of at least to scenarios for that to occur.
This sort of confirms the suspicion.
