Ok let's try this v7 out...

I am told that I can install 7 on the same computer as my version 6 is on.
All of my projects are on ver 6.

I do not want to update or upgrade them.

I want to install version 7 and do a few development projects

What is the preferred method of installing 7?

I looked at the doc for the automatic install but it says don’t install if you have any of the apps installed.

Any help appreciated

Hello Kevin,

You can keep your current web server (that already meets all SC 7 requirements such as PHP 5.3, Zend Loader…) and install SC 7 on this very same server. Or you can install a new web server (that will work on a different port) with SC 7.
