I would like to help you, but I have only ORCL 9-11 in use.
But I think you only need the Oracle client to install and configure the Web server, so you with a client software (for example oracle sql-developer) have first access to the database.
Then you can try it at Scriptcase with Oracle or you you judge an ODBC data source on your Web server that accesses the Oracle DB and judge this one for SC.
Or just take ORCL 10 or 11 …
