Passing a parameter in a grid with ajax to a global

In a grid I tried to pass the content of a field, other then the one with the ajax-onclick, as an global…
So i.e. I have a ajax on click on field1 and I want to pass the content of field2 to a global which i can use in an other application.
I have realy tried many options, but without succes.
Anybody know how to do that?

Have you defined the global variable as “out” in Application/Global Variables?

Nobody…Just asking for the function of the ajax in the grid…with passing parameters

What you might try is to create a link from your field into a blank application and set your global. But when you return to your application you have to relocate for the record…

Thanks Albert and gbravi for your help.
I managed. Till now only on basis of passing the id (keyword) of the “sending” grid. But that’s ennough. I can get my information from the related table on basis of that.
In Dutch they say “het kwartje is gevallen”.
