PDF export error in grid when running program on web server

Hello,
I have a problem when exporting pdf format from grid .
No problem inside ScriptCase programming environment, while running the program on the web server, when I try to display pdf, I get the following error message : Error 404 - Not found
Instead no problem for Word, Excel, CSV format and print.

Is a ScriptCase 9 bug or some wrong setting in web server configuration? Or an external library to link?

Any idea to solve the problem is welcome.
