In my production server, I’m trying to export to pdf however I get an error. The error says “Error creating PDF file, contact technical support.” but other exports are just working fine e.g. Export to word.

I have the same unresolved issue. I was told it might be related to the version of ‘wkhtmltopdf’ or compatibility issues with OpenSSL.
I suggest you check the ‘tmp’ folder for the file that is generated when the process fails. Inside it, you may find data that could be useful to help solve the problem.
If your server is Debian based Linux, you man need to manually install wkhtmltox
