PDF form and sent through email

Hi,

​I have a Microsoft word document and converted to html file.

Under Layout > HTML templates > I attached the html file.

​I created a grid and link to a form. The grid I choose orientation as User Defined and select the html templates under the layout settings. It displayed the layout I need and the value from the form I keyed.

Now, my issue is whenever I add a record through the form, I need to directly sent an email to an email address with the template that I have designed and filled out all the value from the form.

​Can anyone kindly help? Thanks.
