Not totally understand your question. If correct, do you mean to have real duplex image to pdf document with pages printed on both sides? Or want to convert pdf to image of a duplex document?

I too am looking for a way to do this. I have a loan form which gets the data from database for a form for someone to sign. I need to create a second page which will be printed on the back of the form with terms and conditions.

EDIT:

Managed to do this by creating a new field with image, then use PDF image macro to place second image on second page.
