End of last year I had to update an older application to fit the new PHP requirements (PHP 7).
Within this application some pdfReports are used, which worked fine with the old SC 8.x.
After updating I got problems with the german special characters.
E.g.:
? is translated to ä
? is translated to ü
Is there a bug happend? Or did I miss some changes to made within this revision steps?
