POOR ENGLISH

Please fix poor English on this site, as well as forum. There are so many examples that if I would want to point some one to NetMake site I would be ashamed of the inability to use correct grammar and styling. ScriptCase is a great product, and so the website, documentation should be. Even a simple entry in the main menu “Konwledgement Base” instead of “Knowledge Base” makes the whole company look bad. We can probably tolerate poor English in the forum posts or ticket replies, but not so much the product and documentation. There are English errors all over the place.
I do not speak English, as my native language but sometimes reading SC messages, texts etc. on the screen makes me feel ashamet for NetMake.

Re: POOR ENGLISH

The documentation has been realy hard to fix, it was made by alot of different people with no good english at all, but now we are trying to fix it the way we can, in the old days there was no control about any english that would be published, but now we are working hard to fix those issues and clean that really bad image.

Re: POOR ENGLISH

Thanks for reply carlos.

In apps like sc it must have a good docu…

Re: POOR ENGLISH

as it was sugested many times, NetMake should hire someone who:

  • know fluent English
  • is not a programmer, or experienced developer

then get this guy to rewrite DOCs

I understand your hard begginings, but SC is on the market for quite long and wasn’t born just few months ago!
