I have a minor problem but it makes App look ugly.
REPRODUCTION:

  1. create new there (you can copy existing one)
  2. go to ADVANCED setting
  3. change the Tab background color to something light (i.e. Dark_Blue)
  4. generate your app, run and notice the Tab color
  5. go back to Themes, and edit the Tab background to something like Lite_Gray)
    6 check your Tab colors again

mine looks like this:

while the whole Tab should be Dark_Grey

Yes, I can confirm that, was one of my problems too. I think it has to do with some other class to change and I couldn’t find it which.
