Print and PDF button give Blank page on Ubuntu

Hi,

on a form app I put Print and PDF buttons on Toolsbar, but gives blank page. CTRL-P works !!

I changed permissions for /_lib/tmp to 777, but nothing changed

Serveur : ubuntu 14.6
sc : v8.1
