The pdf generation does not work on the server that my client has contracted.
If I publish the same project on another server, it works without problems.
I have already checked the permissions and they are fine, is there any command to activate or something that must be installed on the server and that may be missing?

Does anyone know what it can be?

Well, maybe I was lucky, but my hosting provider (I have several accounts contracted with him), apparently supports it because I never had problems generating pdf.
Unfortunately in this case my client already has contract with another provider.
Punctually: what should I ask the server administrator?
